Payments
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you've received a payment failure message, try placing the order again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry—chances are that we have received your order.

My card payment is declined

Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical issues, the amount is debited but does not go through at the payment gateway. When this happens, the amount is usually credited to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment goes through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the source of payment.
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at info@seasidestories.co along with screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you.

Do you have cash on delivery?
For COD orders, we charge ₹50 for COD charges.
Return & Exchange
We hope you love everything you order from us. Since our products are hand crafted and made in limited quantities, we follow a store-credit–based return policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted, except in rare cases approved by our team. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only. Refunds are processed in 10-15 working days.
All items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, items returned without tags or in a used condition will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds as a standard practice. All approved returns are issued as store credit, sent to your registered email address as a gift card. This store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be encashed or transferred.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos and videos taken during unboxing), we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a refund to the original payment method or store credit will be issued, as appropriate. Refunds in such cases are processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a sale item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Return Pickups & Charges
For approved returns, we arrange a home pickup. A return shipping fee of ₹200 is applicable and will be deducted from your store credit. Exchanges do not carry a pickup charge.
If pickup service is unavailable in your area, the item will need to be self-shipped at your own cost. In such cases, we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or design, subject to availability, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, the difference must be paid online. If it is of a lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit. Discount codes and offers cannot be applied to exchange orders. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@seasidestories.co with your order ID and clear photos, along with an unboxing video. Once verified, our team will assist you with a replacement or refund/store credit, as applicable.
Please note that minor variations in colour, print, or finish are not considered defects. As our products are handcrafted, these variations are a natural part of their character and authenticity.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at +91 9310411920 or info@seasidestories.co. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment are fully refunded.
If a prepaid order is cancelled after shipment, the refund will be processed once the product reaches us. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Products purchased from other websites or marketplaces are not eligible for return or exchange with us. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?
We’re getting your order to you as quickly as possible! While we’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery, we still aim to have it with you within 5-7 business days. Just a quick note—Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays aren’t counted as business days.
Delivery - Charges and Timing
Shipping within India is ₹150 irrespective of the number of products. Free shipping on order values above ₹2000.
We usually deliver all orders within 5-7 working days (subject to weather and any other restrictions).

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement message from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Can I change the items in my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the order but instead, we can cancel your order and you can place a new order. Or get in touch with us on Whatsapp for more details
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.
Do you have a same-day delivery service?

Are there any shipping or COD charges?
We have a flat shipping cost of ₹150 pan India applicable to your order if the final cart value is below ₹2000. Above ₹2000, shipping within India is free.
Do I need to pay shipping if I am using a credit note?
Credit notes are only applicable on products, and do not cover shipping. These costs go directly to the courier partner, and are hence not covered in store credits. If the final value is below ₹2000, a flat shipping cost of ₹150 will be applied.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us at +91 9310411920, kindly include your order ID. Only then will we be able to cancel your order the same day, before it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. When your order is cancelled, we will start the refund process right away. Please anticipate three to five business days for the refund to appear. Money that is refunded will be put back into the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Money is refunded only if a pre-paid order gets cancelled by us. In other cases, we provide store credit with a validity of one year.
Can I modify the shipping address/billing address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address
Can I modify the products (size/fit/colour) in my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can't modify the products (size/fit/colour).
