We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it to us. 


The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

We do not offer cashback. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. 

Items purchased for FREE during an offer, will not be accepted for returns.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

The product would be picked in 2-3 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

For home pick-ups, there’s an INR 200 fee, which will be deducted from your credit note. Once you request a pick-up, a carrier will collect your package from your shipment delivery address within 2-3working days.


Return charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs200/-)

There are no charges for exchange. Exchanges are for size & design both, subject to availability.

'On Sale' Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange. 

The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.

Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.

For accepted returns, we’ll issue a credit note or exchange the item for another size in the same colour, style and design.

The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Raise an exchange request within 7 DAYS of receiving the product through –( ADD LINK) You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.

Exchange is available for size and design both subject to availability.

Please note that at the time of placing exchange order, no discount code/offers/ prepaid discounts are applicable.

In case, the exchanged product is higher in value, differential amount has to be paid(COD not available). We do not accept partial COD orders.

In case, exchanged product is lower in value, differential amount shall be transferred as store credit in the form of gift card on registered mail id after the product is delivered back to us.

A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.

Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.

No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. In case of  exceptional cases please write to us at EMAIL

You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. In such a case, shipping charges have to be bourn by you.

Products bought during sale are not eligible for exchange.

The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.

Once we receive the exchanged product back, it goes through a quality check and later the exchanged order will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. Order once exchanged, cannot be returned.

Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?

In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical issues, the amount is debited but does not go through at the payment gateway. When this happens, the amount is usually credited to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment goes through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the source of payment.


What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

Can I make an exchange?

We only accept returns of unused products in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with attached tags) within 7 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for credit note only.  Please note that additional charges for shipping, if paid, cannot be refunded. Any complaints reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour originally purchased.



I have a discount code/credit note, how can I avail it?

You can avail any discount codes or credit notes by entering the code at the Payment page while placing the order on our website. Only one code can be applied at a time. 


What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges. In case of any defect in production, a replacement will be processed for the piece.



What if I receive a damaged/wrong product?

How much time does it take for a returned item to reach the warehouse?

It takes about 7-10 business days for the returned order to be delivered back to us.


How many times can I exchange a product?

Products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time. Please select the correct size at the time of exchange, or reach out to us for assistance with sizing.

What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?

We’re getting your order to you as quickly as possible! While we’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery, we still aim to have it with you within 5-7 business days. Just a quick note—Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays aren’t counted as business days.


Delivery - Charges and Timing

Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of products. Free shipping on order values above INR 2000.

We usually deliver all orders within 5-7 working days (subject to weather and any other restrictions).

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement message from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.


Can I change the items in my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the order but instead, we can cancel your order and you can place a new order. Or get in touch with us on Whatsapp for more details

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.


Do you have a same-day delivery service?

Are there any shipping or COD charges?

We have a flat shipping cost of INR 150 pan India applicable to your order if the final cart value is below INR 2000. Above INR 2000, shipping within India is free.


Do I need to pay shipping if I am using a credit note? 

Credit notes are only applicable on products, and do not cover shipping. These costs go directly to the courier partner, and are hence not covered in store credits. If the final value is below INR 2000, a flat shipping cost of INR 150 will be applied.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us  at +919310411920, kindly include your order ID. Only then will we be able to cancel your order the same day, before it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. When your order is cancelled, we will start the refund process right away. Please anticipate three to five business days for the refund to appear. Money that is refunded will be put back into the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Money is refunded only if a pre-paid order gets cancelled by us. In other cases, we provide store credit with a validity of  one year.


Can I modify the shipping address/billing address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address


Can I modify the products (size/fit/colour) in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can't modify the products (size/fit/colour).
